Information We Collect From You, How We Use the Information and Opt-out Choices

There are a number of areas in the AZABU-YA Web Site where we ask for and collect information about you, including personally identifiable information. "Security identifiers are not disclosed to third parties or non-affiliated persons or entities.  Internet credit card orders for AZABU-YA are processed through MK Concepts LLC, an affiliated company.  Shipping information (except membership information as noted above) and product purchase information stored in online shopping carts is not disclosed except in connection with the fulfillment and processing of your orders and requests."

Cookies are implemented in various parts of the AZABU-YA Site, such as the Online Shop. General AZABU-YA Web Server Security

The AZABU-YA Web server throughout the main network is registered through a secure SSL provider as secure servers using industry-standard certificate techniques. This enables all communication between our server to be verified when services are requested between computers. 

All of the personal information collected from you on the Site, including names, addresses, are stored behind a "firewall," and defenses have been erected to seek to enhance the protection of your information from outside attack by hackers and curious visitors.

Personal Protection of Your Access Rights and Authentication

There is a common registration process that allows you to receive your "AZABU-YA Web Account." The registration involves the use of your unique user name and password. See the AZABU-YA User Account Site for more information on this service. 

The user name and password will be used to authenticate you when you enter privileged services that are offered by AZABU-YA. After authentication, the service being requested will be allowed based on your current status in user account on AZABU-YA.COM, or specific electronic services for which you have signed-up.
